MILANO (Reuters) – Creval (MI:) ritiene che il prezzo offerto da Credit Agricole (PA:) Italia per acquisire l’istituto non sia “congruo” sotto il profilo finanziario.

In una nota il Cda dell’istituto valtellinese, che ha esaminato insieme ai propri adviser i termini dell’offerta di Credit Agricole Italia, riconosce che un’operazione di integrazione tra i due istituti possa generare benefici.

Tuttavia ritiene che il prezzo di 10,5 euro per azioni offerti dal gruppo francese, attraverso la controllata italiana, non valorizzi adeguatamente l’istituto.
